I saw a podcast by Marie Forleo, and one sentence stopped me. Clarity comes from Engagement, not thought.
It hit me hard. Because I am always lost in my thoughts. My thoughts came but most of them didn’t become a concrete thing. Before I started this site, it was always a thought. It was never a real tangible site. I am glad I did it and I didn’t listen to my hesitation. When I heard Marie talked, wowww such a revelation !
Yes, whatever you are thinking of doing, don’t stay in the thought, start doing it.
I started by talking to my cousin who knows how to build a site and he referred me to choose a sample look of the site. And I started shopping the domain names which is very interesting. My husband encourages me to choose a name of Asian or my origin, Burmese. I come upon Sukha, in actual Burmese spelling would be Thu Kha. Long story short, I made up a name to be SukhaWholesome and it is available ! From there, the ball kept rolling.
‘Clarity comes from Engagement’ applies to everyone. If you are thinking of sending an email to the boss for a pay raise, do it, start writing that email, edit, and read it again. Take tangible steps. If you are thinking of trying a new recipe, start looking for the ingredients, wash them and cut them. If you are thinking of applying for a course, start Google and look for the fees, semesters and assignments.
