Grateful

Grateful

Ohh myyy , it has been a while since I haven’t posted under the rants. I was working this weekend 8 am – 8 pm, plus working tomorrow too ( Family Day, a public holiday in Ontario, Canada). 12-hour shifts. it is hard being away from my kids for 12 hours. But my husband would say he takes care of the kids for 14 hours 😛

It is true! I thank him. I am thankful that I have a husband who loves us and will go above and beyond to care for me and my kids. Without his tremendous support, I didn’t think I would be able to become a registered nurse in Ontario. He is in a place to offer his kindness and generosity. His love language is an act of service. I am grateful to love him as my husband.

Working long hours on weekends to make money for travel and saving. People might say travelling and saving money don’t go together. They will say to save that money, your kids are too young to remember. They may be partially right. WE believe we are in good health and able to travel. Kids might not remember the whole trip but they will remember the feelings of being together and doing things together as a family. That’s the whole point!
